Adjustment of Freight & Charge since Apr 1st, 2015
Some of the shipping companies plan to adjust the freight and charge to a number of destinations. Specific information as follows:
1.Maersk Line
Since Apr 1st, 2015, the GRI (General Rate Increase) of Far East-Australia routes will increase as follows:
USD 300/600/600 per 20`/40`/40 high cube dry
2.Nippon Yusen
ECA Regulation Surcharge:
20GP:20USD / 40GP:40USD / 40HQ:40USD
Scope: This will apply to every container moving to / from Asia, India, Middle East, Gulf Area, and Oceania from/ to North Europe.
Applicable from Apr. 1st, 2015 to Jun. 30th, 2015
Effective:
Westbound from Asia: 1/Apr./2015 by origin B/L date basis
Eastbound from Europe: 1/Apr./2015 by origin B/L date basis
The above charge is varied by gasoline price and the demand of containers and adjusted seasonally.
3.HAPAG-LLOYD CONTAINER LINE GMBH
GRR Adjustment:
USD 300 per TEU
Scope: This will apply to all the goods moving from North/East Asia to Australia
Effective: Apr. 1st, 2015
North East Asia comprises Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan
4.CMA-CGM
GRR Adjustment:
Effective: Apr. 1st, 2015
Scope: This will apply to all the goods moving from Asia (including Far East and Japan) to Middle East (including West and East Mediterranean, Adriatic, Black Sea and North African trades)
USD 750 per TEU to East and West Mediterranean, Adriatic, Black Sea and North African ports,EUROS 600 per TEU to Syrian ports
5.DMCEST
FAF Adjustment:
Effective: Apr. 1st, 2015
Scope: This will apply to the routes from/to Far East/Southeast Asia to/from Middle East and South Asian Subcontinent
USD171 per 20ft container (for Dry cargo only)
USD342 per 40ft container/40ft hi cube container (for Dry Cargo only)
USD530 per 40ft container/40ft hi cube container (for Reefer Cargo only)
